Field Management
Telephone Surveying: Pulsar programs its own surveys into a computer-assist telephone interviewing (CATI) system before working with our phone center partners for high quality data collection. All data collection is monitored and strictly quality controlled.
In-Person Surveying: Pulsar staff are experts at conducting surveys in the field. Custom manuals are created for each in-person project to ensure standardized implementation of that survey. Extensive preparatory work, monitoring, and validations are performed.
Online Surveying: Pulsar offers sophisticated web-based data collection capabilities. Our researchers have years of experience designing user-friendly online studies that make the internet a viable and increasingly popular alternative survey method for many target populations.
Mail Surveying: Pulsar is proficient at communicating by mail, whether it is being used as pre-notification to a larger study or as a stand-alone survey method. Our graphic designers achieve the optimal visual appearance. Updates on response rates and completion percentages are delivered regularly.
Focus Group Moderating: Pulsar offers focus groups to compliment its survey work. Our staff of experienced moderators probes deeply into the survey issues with a small assembly of the target population in order to fully understand their views and motivations.
In-Depth Interviewing: Pulsar can also probe one-on-one with key executives or decision makers to develop a more robust analysis of your survey data. The viewpoints of the select few who are in charge can make an enormous difference in translating what the public wants into action.
